Ok so i have been reading alot and i have just completed first week. I started last wednesday. My preload weight was 169.3 but post load was 170.6. So do I start counting weight loss from post load weight which would be vlcd day 1 or from before.
Either way I have lost 4.8 but i am not really seeing any changes and not really sure if this is good or not? I will mention i started my TOM and still am on it from vlcd day1. Yeah my TOM is usually full 7 days. wanted some input. thanks |
