Hello, I'm currently in round 1 phase 2. I'm 16 days into my vlcd of 30 days. So far I've had great weight loss results! I want to tone my muscles at the end of phase 2 and throughout p3 & p4. I have researched both Callanetics and Ttapp so far. I think I'm leaning towards Callanetics because its cheaper plus more people have said they have better results. My main goal is to tighten my legs, arms, and belly. Would I get better results with Callanetics or Ttapp in your opinion?
