Default b12 concerns
I've been mixing my hcg with b12 instead of the saline. Its my first round and that is what I chose in fear of salty taste. I also started taking a multivitamin that has b12 in it. it says: b12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 6mcg 100%

I read online that it can cause blood clots in the leg, and last night my leg was cramped up at the knee like it didnt want to move/work. im going to finish this round with what I have mixed and next time switch to saline. for now is there a such thing as too much b12?

Let me go fishing...

Why so much of a focus on getting B12 into you?

Then next question...

Why mix it with hCG? This one might seem silly, but if it's your solvent, then what do you do when you need more/less of one, and you're stuck with that ratio?

I'd go see a doctor with a ball forming

You're correct about loads of people choosing to take B12/complex through this protocol. In my first round I started with it as well, but dropped it after reading Pounds & Inches I see that they're not on protocol. What's interesting is my energy was fine without the B12/complex, so I didn't even mix it.

Totally! LOL I think I was just being very paranoid. My leg is fine today, hopefully it stays this way! I'm not taking my vitamins until im off the hcg which is 8 more days. I should be fine and if not i'll find a diff vitamin. Thanks for replying to me!

So multi vitamins are not suggested? I was thinking of a low dose one and make sure it's not loaded with sugar. My sublingual will be mixed with saline (wound wash).

Lizzy Lou, how do you like the sublingual hcg? I've been reading about how more and more are questioning the effectiveness of rx subl hcg.

Congrats on the weight loss! That's right on par with the weight loss that a lot see in 1 routine. It's still the route I intend to go once I start (sublingual as opposed to injections).

As for the low dose multi-vitamin, think it's a good or bad idea??

I take a vitamin and fish oil without a problem. Just watch for any hidden sugar and your results. Mine are the same with or without it.

Good luck!

This is listed at the bottom of the vitamins I'm currently taking. Looks good to me and I'll continue to take them while on hcg.

Contains: Soybeans

Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat.

Also free of yeast, gluten, barley, sodium and sugar.
