Okay so I know cheating is wrong and never gets people anywhere lol but I cheat every once in a while such as yesterday I had 2 bites of my daughters corn dog (I know, I know so bad!!) well I lost 1.4 pounds yesterday so even if I cheat a tiny bit I still lose pretty good. My question is, does cheating mean that I won't stabilize in P3, I know I shouldn't at all but its hard not to when I don't notice a difference in my weight loss. I have read other posts saying if you cheat at all during P2 you won't stabilize and your work would be for nothing. So what's the truth on this?

I'm not sure if there is any solid truth, everyone is different. But, my mom is a constant offender in p2 and it sometimes she gets away with it, but her net loss is slower. The problem tends to come in in p3 for her, with the cheating. I think if you cheat in p2 you will probably be more likely to cheat in p3 which makes stabilization really difficult, which may be why people have said that if you cheat in p2 you won't stabilize.

Ah I see, I get that!! I am going on vacation to Cabo the second week of P3 so I don't have much faith in myself that I won't cheat there at all. I am going to be perfect week 1 and try not to go completely overboard but there will be drinks and mexican food and I won't survive there without cheating. I didn't know about the trip or I would have planned the diet at a better time
