I started the hgc diet last Thurs and have loved it .. I am doing injections .. going to Dr Emma who was on Dr Oz and so far lost 5 lbs. Feel amazing.
After day 1 I realized I needed to get creative with receipes due to little available on list. I made Spagetti tonight using 1 cup spagetti squash as noodles .. ground turkey, smashed chopped tomatoes etc. It was sooo good I could eat every day .. but it was so good I am wondering if spagetti squash is ok. On list my doc gave me is stays ... Squash (summer, Yellow, Zucchini ) .. I looked up and some websites consider summer squash and spagetti same thing. Im confused.. does anyone know for sure?? 1 cup spagetti squash = 45 calories .. my meat was 100 calories .. very small amount of tomatoes and onions .. definatly stayed under 200 calories but unsure if spaghetti squash is no no for any reason? Thanks! |
