I cheated, I've accepted it, ....but did i ruin my cycle??
 

i cheated on xmas eve and xmas :/ n i was doing so well!!! o well... anyways i didn't think i was going to cheat so i did do injections on both days. it was day 14 and 15 of my P2 and im doing a 43-day cycle. i did gain about 4-5 pound in total but i am back on track staying true and trying to correct my cheat. i was losing so fast until my screw up and now im losing pretty slow. my question is will my loss eventually go back or did i mess up my entire cycle???? :/

You didn't mess up your round but it may take a week to recover back to where you were. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/frown.png Just keep on. You did the right thing to keep taking your injections. IT was too soon to have an interruption anyway. This isn't fatal. You'll be fine!

I agree. I cheated this round 3. at least 4 times. And I am in P3 now stabilizing on day 3. So you should be fine. Although I mostly cheated on extra protein and fats rather than carbs and sugar but I don't think it will make a difference. hang in there, you are almost done. You can do this!! I only gained with two of my cheats. the other two I lost which was weird. I think the first time I cheated I did eat a piece of cake. Sugar hates me LOL. Anyways, it took 3 days to lose all the weight I gained from the cheat and by the 4th day I was losing again albeit slowly. But after a week I had a big loss. Then I cheated again LOL. This round was tempting LOL. Anyways hang in there. And try not to cheat anymore, its sooo NOt worth it. I am close to goal so it didn't matter to me. On my last two rounds I never cheated once.

I noticed you stabilized well both rounds. Did you do injections or drops and how many days did you go? Also, any suggestions for stabilization in P3?

thanks ladies... id did take a week to correct my 2 day xmas cheat :/ plus my TOM showed up but im back on track and weighing less than i did before the cheat! 26.6 to go
