Started Christmas night and went downhill from there. I didn't take the drops for a few days and totally pigged out. I'm around my 25th day of R1 P2. I was down 9 lbs, but am sure I gained at least half back - I can't bring myself to step on the scale.
Should I scrap the whole thing, wait 6 weeks and start completely over? Or can I pretend none of that happened and continue? I'm afraid of immunity bigtime because I saw what this diet can do and it was working great! Thanks so much. |
