Hi one. I have also been using the pellets, and today is my R1, VLCD56, and my final full day on hcg. I will be taking my final dose tomorrow morning, and on monday morning, starting P3. I did this for two reasons...#1, I'm doing very well on the diet (feel great-stay tuned for my 8 week results posting tomorrow

I'm in my 4th round now and my longest round (first one) was just over 60 days and I had great results! Just listen to your body...if it seems you need to go to P3, do it. Because you could sabotage all your progress by cheating in p2 rather than naturally moving onto p3. Don't force yourself to stay in p2, but go as long as your body seem comfortable in it. Good luck!

I think it depends on your form of hcg. Dr. Simeon's recommended 43 days or 34 lbs. whichever came first. I believe if you are using homeopathic hcg you can extend your time without any trouble. If using Rx hcg you may become immune, this is the reason for a break. Either way if I was in your shoes I would go for it! So close I wouldn't want to do another round! Just be sure no matter what do the maintenance really well!!! To me this is key...don't cheat or skip out on it.
