Got reaquainted with my old heavy bag today - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

When I moved last year I left my 100lb heavy bag with a friend, just got back into Oregon and am staying at his place for the time being, went out back this morning and went a few rounds on it, it felt great, got a decent workout I suppose, surprisingly I didn't gas out, but my muscle endurance is absolute shit right now, my arms died on me pretty quick, gotta work on that lol. Anyways it's just really great that I'll be able to get back into regular training again
