Hi all
![]() I was in a bad accident a few years and still take pain medications when needed. I do not take them on a regular basis for a know my limits at this point at when I need to take them. Will it (hydro) mess with my injections? Where is the best place to give the shot? I was advised in the stomach area but after reading the protocol I read in the upper buttocks and not into fat layers so more into a thin skin muscle area ? And is it still ok to exercise? Any help is appreciated! ![]() |

Hi and welcome. I will try to answer as best as I can, but I am doing the drops, not injections...
Also, just so you know, there is a thread on the main forum page for 'Newbies'. You might get a better response if you re-post your questions there... I have to take hydro about once a month for pain as well. It has not affected my weight loss at all, but I do have to make sure that I only take it around meal times. Otherwise I end up almost passed out. Exercise should be low-moderate due to the extremely low calorie diet you are on while in phase 2. I do some physical therapy exercises as well as a core/ab workout each day, but nothing aerobic, except for a walk a few times a week. And I tend to keep my pace on the slower side. Hope that helps. Happy Losing! ~Fatty |
