Default Switched from HHCG to rx- big difference. Have some questions
Hey guys! I switched from HHcg drops from healthremedies.com to rx drops I made from 5000 Hucog. I am doing a biggest winner competition and it is mandatory I go to 2 excercise classes per week- @ the beginning I just went and kind of hung out, bc I was so tired and weak. Now I go and have energy to work out but my muscles are getting sore so I know I may be gaining muscle weight.

On the hhcg I felt really content, slept well, and after week 1 of P2 was never hungry. Still I thought they were a sham so I switched, sticking with the hhcg 2 days while adding in the rx drops. Now I am only on RX and I am hungry all the time, I feel like I dont sleep as well, and my mood is not as good.

This has led to some cheats- LAST night being a big one where I had some pasta but usually only like one piece of candy here and there or instead of my 500 cals of protocol food I will have 500 cals of something NOT on protocol.

Plus these mandatory workouts and now my arms and legs are sore- I know I am not supposed to be exercising.

Anyhow, these rx drops were supposed to last me 15 days but they are almost gone now, its so hard to dose them sublingually. It is my TOM, started yesterday, I skipped my drops last night because of the pasta.

Am I just all screwed or what, should I just finish what I have left of the drops and then try again later lol?

My weigh in is THIS saturday for my biggest winner so I need to lose as much weight as I can from here until then (6 days away)...

Ok, what dose are you taking of the Rx? If you take too much, it can cause hunger. So I am wondering if your dose is off. TOM can also cause hunger, which we all just have to figure out how to deal with. I eat more veggies, and drink some chicken broth. Exercise, in moderation is fine. Many will eat one fruit right before exercise so they have the energy. if you are exercising enough to cause muscle pain, you are probably causing inflammation, which will mean water retention and weight stall or gain. For now, lets get your hunger under control. Your dose of hhcg may not be the dose of rx hcg that you need. Tackle one issue at a time, OK? Barb

I say the proof is in the results! Use what works.
