I just use aquaphor and Vaseline... that works for me. I work in a dermatology office and we see many patients with dry skin, eczema and psoriasis. We recommend washing the "stinky" areas only (Armpits, feet and groin) unless the other parts get particularly dirty. Slather with vaseline, aquaphor or baby oil (another p2 friendly product) within 2 minutes of getting out of the shower to lock in the moisture. You can also purchase inexpensive cotton gloves and socks. Apply the aquaphor or vasline and then cover. I wash my hands at least 20 times a day and my skin looks pretty good, considering I haven't used a "real" moisturizer in 21 days. Hope some of these suggestions help.
