Oh no! I've been caught sniffing candy bars!
So, with Halloween just happening, and also my work going through a big code release, people have been bringing candy, cookies, brownies, and all kinds of other treats to my desk.
For example: "I didn't see you downstairs at the free lunch and I know how much you love chocolate chip cookies, so I brought you 2." or... "I wanted to thank you for all the help you gave me last week on that issue so I brought you this little candy basket." This is where things get wierd... I like to sniff the items before I get rid of them. Especially the cookies because I heart cookies. Then I either give them away, or if no one is around, throw them away (I know it's wasteful but I just have to get rid of the temptation somehow). Do I need to seek help? http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png I've been walked in on twice while performing my sniffing and pretended I was about to take a bite. Not sure if they bought it. |
Just today I sniffed a friend's maple sausage breakfast biscuit sandwich, repeatedly http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

Love it! I am guilty of sticking my nose in my kid's Halloween pumpkin. There's something I love about the smell of candy all mixed together.

Sniffing food has helped me through P2 lol. Whenever I make cookies or pizza or hamburgers for my kids, I sniff em up a bit. Its sort of like I was able to eat some and it helps the cravings, weird as that sounds. Haha Im glad Im not the only one.
Watching the food network also helps my cravings, I really don't get that one. |
