Hi,
I'm a beef/pork eating Texan that has just relocated to Southern California. They say, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, right? I have found the majority of people I have met out here poopoo beef; so, I've made a switch to turkey. Turkey sausage tastes JUST like pork sausage! Today I will try the turkey chili I made (it doesn't look very appetizing). This is the problem I'm having: On beef, I lose steadily. Since I've switched to turkey, my weight loss has stopped, and I've even gained a pound. Surely it's just a coincidence, right? Protein is protein is protein...is this correct? |
