What's the best html editor for beginners?
 

I'm applying myself to work on my wedding page and I'm attempt to design an RSVP form online. I am not a programmer and have numbered knowledge of HTML, though I do understand basic principles and have the ability to understand the code to some extent.
I prewritten code on Yahoo, and read the reviews of greatest html editors, and had a decent one, but the submit function isn't able to work. It isn't the most perfext layout for the RSVP type, at least not for our demands. I need a practical html editor immediately
Which html editor is the greatest one for my needs?
Any advices will be appreciated.
