I found a thread earlier that suggested when you do your drops in the morning, to do them as soon as you get up. Your mouth is usually drier in the morning and may absorb the drops faster. I will try this. I also personally have stuck a paper towel under my tongue to dry it out, before putting drops in, not sure it worked because I still had a ton of saliva. But I will stick with the drops. I'm sure I have to do another round so maybe I'll do SQ then.

Don't know how I managed to do it....but, I kept the drops under my tongue and there was nothing (ton of saliva) to spit out. I usually put the drops under my tongue and try to keep my tongue up so I don't squish the drops out the sides when I let my tongue down. This time I put my tongue down almost like a dome over the drops. I was able to swallow saliva without swallowing the drops. It took some concentration though. Also, I find it hard to withdraw .5cc into the syringe, so I take my syringe with the needle and I insert the needle into the dispensing end of the (baby) dosing syringe and I slowly drop 15 drops into the dosing syringe. This has been perfect for me. I am never hungry, I lost 6.8 pounds in 6 days and thats including my load days. I am thrilled. I did notice on a day that I happened to drop 17 drops in the syringe, I was hungry. But I knew it was from the extra drops. So now I take extra care to make sure I ONLY drop 15 drops into the dosing syringe. I have gotten a few tips from others that were very helpful, so I hope this helps others too. Good luck to all.
