Yes, you can. They are pretty good. I need to actually figure out a new way to prepare them. I've been using the Walden Farms Sesame Ginger dressing, but I don't think you can have that.

What is it? Where do you get it?

If you are following DR. S protocol then technically you cannot have anything other then what he lists and miracle noodles is not listed - I am just sayin' however, some do bend the rules after completing one full round without fail to test the waters and might do well with it where as others might not...no matter how simple or complex it is, you take a bigger gamble with it, if its not listed in the original protocol...

So far so good with me! I love them - I do rinse them for a long time then fry them with garlic and italian seasonings and add my lean ground beef with a small amount of tomato sauce (low carb) so it's kinda like spagetti I also add red pepper flakes cause I like things hot

Okay, I feel that it's fair to add for myself that I have a feeling that the miracle noodles might've beem/have been sabotaging me. I have not had any losses for the past 2 days. So super sad. I"m also starving. Could be my form of hCG. Ordered a new one and hoping it helps. I'm not starting from scratch, just where I left off with the last drops once the new ones arrive. So I'm going to now say, use the MIRACLE NOODLES with caution.

Technically, if you are on a very the protocol, you are not supposed to have them. But they are pure fiber and you can buy the supplements for cleaning the colon. They also make you really full.
I've had them on P3. But I may try them for P2 on this round.

I agree they do give me that full/satisfied feeling after eating them - I usually don't get it with just my meat & veggie
I am lucky so far I've been having great losses while eating them every night for my supper - knock on wood HA HA

Looking back this past week, I think the miracle noodles might've been a problem for me... So I'm staying away for now. They aren't bad though if you need a noodle fix.
