Nope, IMHO don't try to change anything now, before you start, it might just confuse your body more. I ate "normally" leading up to my load days, honestly my old "normal" was pretty similar to loading, and my first round I lost almost 30 lbs. The HCG will do its job as long as you have the right stuff and follow the protocol. Good luck!

I'd say just eat normally up until you start. Some do a week of cleanse beforehand, my first round I did the GNC Total Lean 7 day fast loss kit the week before, it has meal replacement shakes and cleansing shots. It went well, I lost 4 lb that week and got my body ready for a leaner diet. But, then I had trouble stuffing myself on the loading days lol so weigh the benefits and downsides and do what you feel you need to.
