Hi,
I am new to this site. I started mt loading on 9/22 and I didn't weigh myself. But on Saturday 9/24 I weighed in @ 233.8lbs. I had progressively losing weight until I stalled at 222.8 on 9/30. Yesterday I was so dizzy and I thought my sugar level was low or my blood pressure was high or low. But, we checked both and they were fine. I am a diabetic and I have high blood pressure. My mother being who she is told me to eat something else. So, I actually bought a taco(my first and only cheat) I was so disappointed. But, I was out and needed something quick. I was still dizzy and my equalibrium was still off. So something said you are probably constipated. When I got home I took some MOM (Milk of Magnesia) and I can truely say I feel better today. I was really expected to be disappointed because of my cheat but, this morning I woke up and the scale said 219.2. All of my stall weight loss was reflected in this mornings results. I have been very consistent and strict with this diet and I am so glad that my cheat didn't send me backwards. |
