Default Almonds Allowed in P2?
I'm craving some almond butter on my celery and was wondering if that's allowed in p2? I use all natural, no sugar added almond butter if that makes a differnce. Just not sure if the fats in almonds would be too much for this phase.

Nope. The ONLY things allowed are what's listed on Dr. S's protocol list. No nuts of any kind, doggone it.

P2 is a pretty strict section of the diet, it's not like counting calories it's more about the type of foods you take in. Carbs, fats, anything like that will have adverse effects on what you're trying to do, even if the effects are small. I'm missing me some almonds right now too!!
