Your body needs time to catch up from time to time. Did you take measurements when you started? You might be losing inches even if the scale says no weight loss. Hang in there!

Thanks so much I've been getting a little worried. Yes I measured and the inches are comin off but I just wanted to make sure this is normal.

Since I started the HCG journey, I've been reading some lose quickly and at a steady pace, some lose quickly-then stall, some lose slow and steady, etc.. The loss experience is all over the map. As long as you have inches evaporating, that's great, the pounds will follow soon enough. Keep up the good work.

I would say that this is *your* normal. We are all so different and because of that our experience with the HCG will be different as well. As long as you are losing inches...that is *great*. The lbs will follow. Hang in there!
