Hi everyone, I'm a newbie but I have been lurking for a while as well as researching HCG online. I
originally found this forum when I was looking to buy some items from All Day Chemist and one of the threads here was the first to pop up in Google. Now I'm on a fitness kick and am interested in HCG. I read Dr. Simeon's protocol and after browsing this forum for a bit, I have one important question - How often do people do the HCG diet and why do you keep repeating it? Basically, I'm wondering if it's common for people (on the forum or just HCG dieters in general) to either not get the results they wanted the first time or gain the weight back and have to do it again. The reason the HCG diet appealed to me is that in Dr. Simeon's paper he cites the diet is a 1 time only deal and once you do the diet correctly (follow it to the letter) and lose the weight, it won't come back. I've tried other diets before and lost over 20 pounds. My main interest in the HCG diet was that it seemed like a 1 time deal that would 'reset' your body and especially got rid of the 'extra fat' in your body. Have people found this to be true? Is it normal to regularly return to HCG over the years because the weight keeps coming back? |
