I have questions about the diet similar to most. I finally decided to do my own “study,” complete with daily charts, data, journals, photos, and so on (http://hcg-review-weight-loss-diet.b.../about-me.html). I even keep a running calculation of projected loss given my caloric intake, age, weight, and activities, versus actual scale loss. Thus far, I’ve lost 13.4 lbs when I should have only lost 3.5 lbs. Maybe it's the HCG, maybe it's not. But if it's not HCG, then what is it?
