Default i haven't changed a single thing.... but i gained 1 pound back over two days!
HELP!

My wedding dress fitting is on Thursday. Being on the diet for two weeks I've gone from 150 to 139.4.

Yesterday I was 139.8. This am I was 140.2.

Help!!!!!!! I don't know what I could have done. Last week I ate kidney beans (as I was told it was a good idea... oops) and Saturday I had a few packs of Trivia with my tea through out the say. I thought the weight gain may be due to Trivia.

Now I've almost gained a pound back. I really had hoped id be at 135 by Thursday. My halt was last week and I only lost 2 pounds.

Friday night I lost 2 alone!!! Then... Saturday and Sunday.

Sad face.

Hey Girlfriend I woke up 1.6 pound higher today... However, I had not gone #2 in about 2 days. So a few minutes later I took care of that business (yes I took something last night, as I do when its been a day or two) because it makes a huge difference. So when it was all said and done I was .4 pounds less than yesterday morning and I am confident I will see that number get a little lower yet this morning

I think the other factor in my own deal was I ate broccoli day before yesterday (it was the only veggie choice available, I should have just had a huge salad). I have some sort of weird reaction with it. It always makes me gain. But anyhow that is a whole different subject. I just wanted you to be certain that all was moving as it should in that department, and rest assured that even when you aren't seeing the scale move, it is generally because your body is retaining water somewhere. You will see the scale move again and you're still burning fat. Therefore getting smaller.

Beans are not on protocol. Some people do have a reaction to truvia. Stick to protocol, if you need something to "take care of business" (lol) try a tea like smooth move. Do without truvia for the time being. When you lose again, try just the truvia (when you think it might be OK to see if you're sensitive, in other words, when you know you might gain a little bit and you won't freak out.) It might have been the beans and not the truvia. I wouldn't have beans, personally, till P4!

I know NOW that beans arent on protocol. I was told early last week by a nurse that they are on HCG protocol. I corrected and even though I staled a few days after, I lost 2.2 pounds from Friday to Saturday! I think it may be the truvia also. I am no longer giong to be using that.

Thanks so much

Skip the Melba toast on both meals and possibly even the vege, slightly increase your proteins to compensate the calories, order some Stevia for sweetening, and drink more water. Yes stay away from beans! You are probably hanging on to some water, don't lose sight of your goals, your weight loss so far is something to be proud of indeed.
