Is anyone taking these fiber drinks too? I love to have them with my chocolate milk. I feel full longer and I eat less. I feel that the fiber is really helping me with the weight loss and it makes me feel lighter because it helps me with regular movement. Are there other drinks that are high in fiber you can recommend?

I have tried fiber drinks before too and I like it as well. I don't buy them too often now because I'm eating more veggies and that's where I get the fiber. Fruit juices with lots of pulp is also good. You can make your own fiber rich drinks by blending fiber-rich fruits like bananas, raisins, and raspberries and bananas. You may also add raw carrots for extra fiber. Just mix different high fiber fruits and vegetables together for more variety.

I'm with you on that mikaela. I feel a lot better when I lose weight naturally by dieting and exercising because I feel I am healthier everyday. Like what you say in your signature, "to eat intelligently is an art" because it's not easy to do but if you learn to do it, it's beautiful as you reap good results!
