It was very difficult for me to avoid eating all the food I should eat less during the holidays because of the season. Everybody is celebrating and it's fun to eat together with friends and loved ones. So instead of depriving myself of all the good home cooked meals, I decided to just enjoy the holidays and the foods and exercise more. I'm glad that I didn't gain a pound and yet lost 3 pounds! What did you do to stay in shape during the holidays?
