Anyone Suffered From Gout While Doing HCG?
 

I had a friend who was concerned about doing the HCG because he read in Pounds and Inches that it may make the issue worse the first few days.

Just wondering if anyone has had any gout issues while doing HCG? Thanks!

I've had gout for the last 10 years, chronically for the last 4. I was worried about doing the diet too. I got a gout attack on my second day, and took a small amount of a medication that I take. (Colchichine) I usually hate taking it and just do acupuncture (which works great) but I couldn't get into my dr's office. I am on day 24 and just now getting another gout attack. I am not sure why, but I read something that someone wrote about getting gout in week 3 too. I think maybe it's because I have been eating a TON of shrimp and they have a lot of uric acid, not to mention the spike of uric acid when you lose weight. For me, this is the only way that I will be free of gout is to lose this weight. I was really worried, but it hasn't been as bad as you would think.

I wont tell anyone what to do but I will say thet my husband has acute gout. His foot swells so bad even up past the ankles!! UNTIL!!! I went to the feed store and bought DMSO I mix 5cc dmso with 7cc of water put on cotton swab and dab on 4 tms a day. I will tell you that we swear by it. He has kept me up many nights with excruciating pain until I put this on his toe. I thought his foot would bust open from swelling but after dabbing this on just twice the first day it was 100 percent better. He went to sleep and slept so good. Next day did the 4 xs Just google DMSO for gout. Don't take my word but we have had many px and many home remedies before this.

Ive read or heard in a you tube video that people that suffer from gout, can't do the HCG diet...I suggest you guys do some more research...
