Hi guy's. I'm on R2P2D7. Have lost only about 5 pounds so far. Last 4 days have been stuck at 183lbs. Which was where my last round ended (I gained 5 pounds on P4 of the last round). Now I'm following Protocol as closely as I did before (lost about 30 lbs last round). The only difference is that I've started taking Gingko Extract from GNC over the last few weeks. Does Anybody know if it messes with P2? I guess i'll just stop taking it to see if that breaks my stall. I'm hoping i can break through this and get to around 170 this time.
