Hi all. I'm a newbie who hasn't even started yet (waiting on my shipment), but I'm such an A type that I have to plan everything out
![]() My plan is to start, assuming my product arrives, on Oct. 1. On November 4th I am going on a family trip to Legoland and Disney, and while I don't intend to pig out and eat any and everything, realistically I know that sticking to the VLCD is pretty much not going to happen. I have a lot to lose though and really need to do the 40 day, and I've heard you can do what is called a "planned interuption" but I'm not really sure how that works, how many days to do what, etc. etc. My other option is to do the 23 day round, then do the 6 weeks inbetween and then do another round right after. BUT, I have a trip to New Orleans for Christmas. I feel confident I can follow this diet strictly at all othe times but these two, but since we will be driving, staying in hotels, and playing tourist, I know I realistically will not be on the VCLD required even if I make good choices. So......what do you think??? |
