Default Fatty liver - how big is the risk on hCG
Hi All,

I am new here and I would like to start with hCG.
I found some information about risk for people suffering from fatty liver. I have fatty liver for 3 year and since that time I gained 30lb.

Here are the articles say that people with this diagnose are not recommended for hCG or low calories diet at all.
http://www.livestrong.com/article/28...for-the-liver/

I would welcome your own experience since I assume many overweighted people face this diagnose.

thanks a lot!

I have fatty liver. Or I had it, I haven't been back for testing in over a year. I don't listen to conventional wisdom on what or how to eat anymore. That's what got me into this situation to begin with. They used to say eat lots of whole grains and limit fats, so I did, and got fatter and fatter, and my liver got more fatty. I suspect that the short range effect on fatty liver is not good, your liver has to process the fats after all. But the long range effects will be better I think. All I know is I feel great, my blood pressure is normal again, I've lost almost 40 lbs this year (and maintained!), my skin is better (no rashes), and I sleep better. Eventually I will get around to going to my primary doc for a regular physical and then we shall see what the liver enzymes look like, but I have every reason to believe they will be in the normal range.

Weight loss has been linked to reduction in healthy liver enzymes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
[...]
The liver enzymes in women on this diet increased significantly, on the other hand, but only temporarily, a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found From the ehow article. Weight loss reduces fatty liver, but it may get worse before it gets better.
