Hi,
I'm on my seventh day of the vlcd. This is my first round. I'm using yavonnae hhcg. I was just out taking the dog for a very short walk around the block when my calf suddenly cramped up. It feels like a charley horse, one of those leg cramps that I've had on a rare occasion in the early morning. (I've only had a handful of these in my lifetime and I haven't for more than a year.) It's slowly releasing. Actually, I think it's gone now. But is this common on the vlcd? What can I do to prevent it happening again? |

I had the same thing happen the other night and I never though about the potassium/magnesium/zinc. I take them every day but I ran out over the weekend and haven't had a chance to get more. I also didn't think it might be dehydration. I have been peeing a lot the past few days but I already drink 2 liters a day so maybe I should increase my water until I can get more potasium/magnesium/zinc.
Thanks. |

[QUOTE=Robbi;288220]Actually you don't want to increase to much....as too much water can wash out your electrolytes as well! You shouldn't be drinking more than 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day. So if you weigh 150 then no more than 75 ounces. On the high end I wouldn't drink more than 1 gallon, even if you weigh over 250lbs...that's really hard on your body to process all that fluid in a day.[/QUOTE
Am having legs cramps all day I thought I might have to go to the ER so much pain and I drink water |
