I wish someone could actually put this together so it makes sense. Just the facts, please.
P1 - What is done, or not done during this time? Can it be skipped and go straight to P2? P2 - What is it? Is it referred to by any other name/title? How long and what can/can't be consumed? What is theaverage weight loss? P3 - Again, what does this entail? Are there any side effects to be expected during this phase? What is the list of foods/drinks that are allowed, and is there a site or place to gather recipes or idea from? P4 - Once there, what to expect? It just seems like this is a pretty busy board, but the advice and info is coming from so many directions it's hard to tell what you're reading about and who is in charge! Please think about creating a clean, clear page that discusses the diet in detail that can be readily understood, and then place that under the stages. What's there now is a mess! |
