I plan to start sublingual HCG next week and have purchased Fertigen 10,000iu.

I noticed that the general recommendation is 166iu per dosage (2x a day); however, some people take 250iu (2x a day).

What would you recommend me mixing for a beginner and can you provide the mixing amounts?

Also, I notice that several people recommend B12. Do you mix this with your HCG or take it separately? Is it a pill or oral or what? Where can you get it?

My thoughts are you could always start at the 250iu dose and if you experience hunger you could then lower by 1ml to 200iu for a few days or on down from there to get to your sweet spot but I have started numerous first timers on the 250iu dose and none have had any issues yet. I take my B12 seperately in sublingual dots that you can purchase at Walmart/Walgreens.

Here is my Mixing Tips that I came up with:
When mixing hCG for sublingual usage it is best to mix with sodium chloride 0.9% or bacteriostatic water sodium chloride 0.9. You can find sodium chloride at Walmart under the name of Wound Wash in the bandage aisle. The brand name is Simply Saline and it comes in a spray can which you would just discharge some into a bowl and then draw it into your mixing needle/syringe and add to amber dosing bottle with your hCG mix. I found the amber dosing bottles on eBay but they are probably also available at the health food store. You will also want to get a 10ml or 12ml syringe and 18 gauge needles for mixing and 1ml syringe for dosing. I found these at Tractor Supply and at ValleyVet.com. They too are sometimes sold on eBay in kits.
In the past and on numerous YouTube videos, hCG sublingual was mixed with colloidal silver and B12 or just B12 or they mixed with alcohol. None of these are recommended for mixing any longer, especially not with the alcohol as it breaks down the hCG too quickly.

Mixing measurements for 5000iu vial at the standard 166iu dosage 2 times a day:
Hucog 5000iu Premix – 1ml
Sodium Chloride/Wound Wash – 14ml
This gives you 15ml of hCG mixture where you will take .5 ml twice a day for 333iu per day and should last you 15 days.

Mixing measurements for 5000iu vial at the 250iu dosage 2 times a day:
Hucog 5000iu Premix – 1ml
Sodium Chloride/Wound Wash – 9ml
This gives you 10ml of hCG mixture where you will take .5ml twice a day for 500iu per day and should last you 10 days.

Mixing measurements for 10,000iu vial at the 166iu dosage 2 times a day:
Hucog 10,000iu Premix – 1ml
Sodium Chloride/Wound Wash – 29ml
This gives you 30ml of hCG mixture where you will take .5ml twice a day for 333iu per day and should last you 30 days.

Mixing measurements for 10,000iu vial at the 250iu dosage 2 times a day:
Hucog 10,000iu Premix – 1ml
Sodium Chloride/Wound Wash – 19ml
This gives you 20ml of hCG mixture where you will take .5ml twice a day for 500iu per day and should last you 20 days.

If you are using the freeze-dried hCG then just add 1ml of solution to it to dissolve and extract it then follow the remaining mixing directions.

another option is to mix for 166 twice a day, and then just take a bit more if you're hungry. that way your hcg will last longer.

but i hope you're sharing your mix, because otherwise you bought vials that are too big. at 166 twice a day, 10000 is enough for a 30-day round- but many people start to experience some hunger from decreased potency after about 2 wks. 3 wks is the most i recommend anyone going without re-mixing.

ok, so now I'm totally confused! I've read that both collodial silver and B-12 should be mixed with HCG to make it for sublingual use...for 10,000iu, it's suppose to equal 30ml. So, if I'm mixing 10,000iu of HCG, how DO I mix it for sublingual use? AND how much should I be taking a day?

i would not mix either of those with it. either use bacteriostatic water, or regular sodium chloride you can get in the pharmacy (marketed as wound wash). it's been shown that the c. silver affects the potency. the b-12 is "ok", but you need to make sure you find one that doesn't have any sugar in it.

are you sharing your mixture? for future reference it's better to have vials of 5000, because that gives you a 15-day supply. that's about the point where people start to notice a decrease in potency. if you have a vial of 10000 it will last 30 days, and that's really pushing it.

you need a mixing needle- any gauge, at least 1.5" long, 3 cc's. you can generally get that at a pharmacy. the std dose is 166 iu's twice a day. the newer research showed 250 to be better in terms of hunger and weight loss, but colleen has had some issues with people being hungry on that dose. i'd probably suggest you start with the 166, and then if you're hungry you can increase it.

liquid hcg..so how much wound wash should I use for one ampule of 10,000iu of HCG...and I should be taking a 1/2 cc. two times a day?

If you are wanting to take the minimum dosage of 166iu per dose/333iu per day than you would mix 29ml of wound wash to the 1ml of liquid hCG for a total of 30ml that you will take .5ml twice a day. Should last 30 days.
If you are wanting to take the maximum dosage of 250iu per dose/500iu per day than you would mix 19ml of wound wash to the 1ml of liquid hCG for a total of 20ml that you will take .5ml twice a day. Should last 20 days.

Great! Thank you!!!! the only 'wound wash' I could find today was in a spray...tht's ok right? I just need to spray it in a clean glass and draw it out to mix?

both have been shown to negatively affect potency. sodium chloride is the recommended dilutent.

I just got through my first round a few weeks ago. I used the Colloidal Silver and B-12. It worked great for me! I bet if it dilutes it, it is very very minimal. I did the 333 IU sublingual per day and was NEVER hungry and had great results.

Does anyone have any experience with doing 500 IUs a day? I saw that Diane included a mixture "recipe" for that amount. Has anyone had bad results mixing a little more potency? I just want to make sure I get it all off in this round. HAHA. I was so close in the first round, I didn't want to stop, but I had to. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you noticed if that is the only side effect to taking the increased dosage? I see that people do it, but is it really more effective or are you just throwing away your HCG? I was so not-hungry on my first round, that I think I might be able to bump it up with no problem, but if it's not effective, I obviously don't want to just throw it away. Is it just a trial and error or have you seen very much about this topic? I can't seem to find more than a few people who have done it and/or recommend it. Any ideas?

I bought homeopathic hcg from Amazon my first time. And I am thinking on doing another round but this time with real hcg. I've been researching the mixing methods and there are so many conflicting ways that I am very confused. Is there a standard way to mix sub-lingual hcg? And where can find this info? and Is it better to do sub-lingual or injection? On my first round I lost 10 pounds and I felt I should have lost more. What the most effective way to take HCG?
