Default Which teas?
Hi I've been on the HCG diet for nearly 4 weeks now and have lost almost 25lbs, I am wondering if anyone can let me know if it is ok to drink fruite/berry teas? I am drinking one called Berry Fruits and it is lovely when you add stevia to sweeten it. The ingredients on the box is Dried Hibiscus Fruit, Rosehips, Dried apple, Flavourings, Dried Elderberry Pieces, Dried Raspberry Pieces (1.0%) Dried Strawberry Pieces (1.0%) I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find out if this is ok to drink. I have been drinking it as I thought all herbal teas were ok, can someone please advise me?

Thanks
Gail

This is good to know, so far I've only allowed myself Green tea. I found myself in Wal-mart staring at all the teas and some sounded really good, but was afraid to stray.

I've been doing a gallon of Lipton black tea each day with no issue. I grab a jug and throw it in the sun for a few hours and it's delicious.
