Default What sweetner is ok (Canada)
I cant find Stevia here at my local grocery stores. I can only find Twin and Sweet & Low & Splenda. Are these okay?

No, they are totally synthetic and have a negative effect on health. Buy stevia online (i like NOW brand, KAL brand is also good -- meaning no bitter aftertaste) RESEARCH SWEET & LOW online, it is ASPARTAME which is totally bad for the body and creates food cravings etc. Google 'sweet deception', its a good aspartame resource. Dr. Simmons states STEVIA is to be used on the diet. I recommend using it for life!

I found all kinds of flavors of stevia at www.imedmart.com and for a pretty resonable price.

I ordered my 'real' stevia on line. Just the plain (no flavors), I got the liquid drops, the powder, and the little pellets. I was super surprised to find that one of those tiny pellets is equivilent to a pack of sugar. Taste wasn't bad at all.

If you don't want to order you are fine using sweet n low for this diet. It's actually sacchrin which is allowed on the diet. I'm not saying it's great for you long term but I find it far more tolerable than Stevia in my coffee so I use it for the diet...many people on here do as well.
