Default Weighing Food
Do you weigh food cooked or uncooked? I'm following the food list but want to make sure I'm suppose to weigh meats after they are cooked.

uncooked. But I only weighed my the first couple of weeks then stopped completely. I'm on my 3rd round and dont plan on doing it at all. It makes no difference if I eat a whole chicken breast or a half. I find the more protein the better anyway. I'm not saying to eat 3 chicken breasts, but if you eat one and don't weigh it you should be ok.

I weigh everything!!! When I first started I thought it was 3.5 oz of everything raw...I sure was glad that was the meats because 3.5 oz of strawberries is not as satisfying as 9 oz which is what my sb servings usually are. Baggies are my best friends on P2 and I try to have everything measured, bagged & marked with caloric content 3 days out. For me, it's my guarantor that I stay within my allowed 500 cals as I record it & I can not deny my numbers. Blessings
