some people can get away with it, but the sugar alcohols can cause water retention, diarrhea, and cause you to crave more sugar.

Be aware of all the hidden sugar names! It may not say sugar, but usually things that end in -ose eg. sucrose, maltodextrose, are sugar, which we can not have on P3. If your craving something sweet, i found completely sugar free chocolate syrup at walmart and drank chocolate milk. And Sugar free Jello helped my sweet tooth as well, no sugar free pudding though! Couldn't find a single one that didn't have a hidden sugar or starch.

I would recommend making your own because those sugar free ice creams are loaded with sugar alcohols and if you can't tolerate those..you will be miserable like running to the bathroom miserable!

I have the recipe somewhere; I'll have to post it later.
But the ingredients were basically milk, cocoa powder, stevia, and sometimes if you wish a bit of vanilla and walnuts.
I did mine with a machine to make ice cream.

But you can do it in your freezer just mix everything together (the chocolate, milk and stevia quantities depend on how much and how you like it) ; the trick is to stir continuously. About every 15 minutes. If you don't stir it you'll just have a big dark chocolate icicle.

I had sugar free ice cream and did fine with it. This might of been a little overkill but my favorite thing was a protein milkshake.

choc protein powder (jillian michaels)
sf ice cream
milk
cream
ice

Insanely delicious.

I make frozen peanut butter cups.
Mix cocoa and skim milk in equal parts about 1/3- 1/2 cup total.
touch of oil, 1 splenda. Mix well
Fill small condiment cup w 1tsb of organic peanut butter, pour chocolate mixture on top and freeze.

mmmmmm

Pour your milk, flavor, stevia, and whatever other ingredients you are using in a ziplock bag and seal it. Then fill a larger ziplock bag with ice and rock salt... seal that one. Grab a towel, so your hands dont freeze and shake it up for about 5-10 minutes... until desired consistency... and Eat it up!!! Yum!!!!!!

I'd use heavy whipping cream. Less sugar

There's a low-carb fudge ice cream bar made by Breyers that works well for me. I can't think of the name of it, something diety-sounding... CarbControl or CarbSmart or something. 3 net carbs and surprisingly good taste.

can you buy an icecream maker and make your own in the future? I use coconut milk and heavy whipping cream and it is done in 30 minutes
