I'm new here. I have lost over 20 lbs in 5 weeks.
*Now the last 2 weeks have gone very slow so I am hoping to kick start the weight loss again for my final 3 (ish) weeks.

All right ladies and gentlemen, here we go!

Today, I had the worst sugar withdrawal headache, I could hardly concentrate at work. Plus, I missed a dose yesterday and so I was hungry hungry.

Fridays, the is a freebie basket of mini chocolates at the front desk at work. I walked by the basket. There were almond joys, kit kats, peanut butter cups, other evil, evil things.

I walked to the basket and picked up a small Hershey's milk chocolate square. I looked at it in my hand. I PUT IT DOWN AND WALKED AWAY.

I am so proud of me!!!

That's it Jonathan, you've convinced me. I was just sitting here trying to decide whether to go get back in bed and sleep for a couple more hours. I was out late last night and up very early this morning and my scale was up .5 and my water percentage was higher than I've ever seen it.

It is a lazy cool morning here with a nice breeze so I'm going back to sleep to lose more weight. I want to lose 2 lbs in 2 hours 2.

LOL, just woke up---- half asleep, half pound gone.

You sound like me Dutchbaby! Do you like your scale that shows body water percentage? I'm one that has alot of trouble retaining water.

Today is not a fun day. Today is a spiritual and mental growth day...
I haven't had anything to eat (steak day), a cigarette or sex today.
I'm bragging. I hope bragging doesn't eliminate any positive mental results from my being "disciplined."

I am happy to see you have gained some discipline, however you could rotate your own tires :-P

Quelsen – Rotating my own tires just isn't the same as having a guy rotate them for me. Would you like to “brag” about how good you are at rotating tires now?

Rosey – That's FABULOUS!!

Today is my first VLCD without injections, 2 more days and I will be in P3. I lost 25 lbs on this 26 day round!! This is R4 for me and that puts me down a total of 90 lbs!!! It has taken me 1 year to do it with a long break of 6 months between round 3 and round 4. I was able to maintain my weight until the last month where I got a little carried away with the sweets and put back on 15 lbs. But the other 5 months I was able to eat what I wanted and stay within my LIW from February.

Hopefully I can do one more round and lose the other 30. What a great journey this has been, it has changed my life. I have gone from a size 26 womens to a size 16-18. Thanks to all the experts on this forum that have helped me along the way.
