Hey guys. Ordered hcg pellets from intermountain so I will start them when they arrive. I have read everything but I still have some questions.
Is anyone doing any menu variations, using different foods and more calories? Are you finding success? I am patient enough that I can deal with a pound every couple days. So if I ate more and just lean meats fruits vegies and one startch in the morning toatmeal or toast) this is like my normal diet, would this still be acceptable? I'm not a big fan of bread sticks or melba toast. So please let me know your menu variations and calorie consumptions, and your sucess rate. Also, how much did you eat on loading days? I understand to eat what ever whenever, high fat foods to replenish fat stores. How many calories did you guys aim for? Okay, thanks for all replies!! X |
