Pushups. Lots of different ways you can do them.
Find something heavy and safe that you can use for lifts and pulls. Maybe a backpack or small bag with some weight in it. Just make sure your working your muscles in various directions - push/pull, up/down, in/out, side ways etc. Also you can go for a walk/run to a nearby playground and do chinups on the monkey bars. They are killers and will tone you up rapidly. |

You can do pushups, to tone your arms. Also, you can get a pair of Poland Spring water bottles and fill them with sand or rocks to make a free set of your own weights.

in my opinion the best way to lose weight anywhere without weights is eating right and running. but i think it would be soo much easier to even get one pair of dumbbells. theres tons you can do with just that.

Try doing pushups and sit ups........and pick up someting that's heavy around your house..............and weights aren't that expensive maybe go buy yourself a few......or ask for a weight membership for your bday or christmas

How can i slim down my arms without using ANY weights? And i mean none! Any
excercises that can help? I lose weight when i target specific areas of my body. Now i want to start on my arms, any excercises? And i can not stress this enough: i have no weights in my house, nor will i be getting them any time soon. So please, please tell me how to tone my arms without weights!!!!

you can do a variation between pushups and pullups, sit ups and pick up....
