Default Soooooo frustrated!
I have been on the diet for 2 weeks now and Im down only 5 lbs, and I know that has a lot to do with the fact that I haven't followed protocol to the T but how am I supposed to when I am hungry all the time? I can wake up not hungry then as soon as I eat it's as if I never ate anything and what I do eat doesn't fill me up at all. Im feeling like quitting and starting again another time when I can be clear headed. I have tried numerous times to re-do my corion levels but nothing is working!!!!!

Your doseage is not correct. That is why you are having these bout of hunger. Let someone with some knowledge (like Beth) help guide you. Once your "in the zone" it will be much easier to follow protocol.

Best wishes on your journey!

I'm old and forgetful. that would be 160iu? When was the last skip?

if it has been at least 4 days I would skip.

Did we ever try a dose lower than 150?

I thought you'd done a skip.

Skip your injection tomorrow. About 8 hours later and into the next day start gauging your hunger. If you notice it getting better, your dose is too high. If you feel it's the same, unchanged or hard to tell, then it needs to go up.

When you adjust your dose down without skipping, it takes 2-3 days for the blood levels to get right. Like Beth said, skipping a dose is the way to fix things more quickly and with more certainty.

So today is skip day. I feel great (tired bc we had to leave at 2am to drive home bc of a death in family) but no outrageous hunger and I'm actually got full when I ate this morning. So tomorrow when I inject, what dosage should I use?

I'd say go down to 28 or 30 for 3 days.
