Cellulite is fat cells underneath the skin and is usually found in buttocks, thighs and stomach. Here are some ways to get rid of them:
1. Eat a lot of fruits and leafy vegetables. 2. Avoid processed food, diet soda, junk food, and saturated fats (butter and animal fats) 3. Avoid excessive alcohol and cigarettes 4. Drink 8-10 glasses of water to hydrate your body 5. For severe cellulite, avoid high pressure massage and high impact exercise 6. Brush your skin with body brush 2-5minutes a day 7. Bathe in lukewarm seaweed bath 3x a week 8. Have a cold rinse to finish your shower to tone up your skin 9. Go to a spa that offers cellulite treatments 10. Do cardio and strength training exercises 30 minutes a day to help decrease accumulation of cellulite |
