Default Coconut Oil for Weight Loss?
I was just wondering, Can coconut oil really help with weight loss? I've been hearing a lot about this at work and I don't know if it was just another rumor or if it really is true. I think it also has extra virgin variety. Which one is best?

Coconuts have a lot of health benefits but I'm not sure if it does help you lose weight.. I think extra virgin coconut oil is best. Same with olive oil.

I read that there was a study that showed coconut oil increased fat burning and calorie expenditure in obese men and women. It's high in calories though but as long as you add them to a calorie-balanced diet, you should reap it's benefits.

Oh yeah? Awesome.. I don't know where to use this though since I don't eat fried foods. Can it be used like olive oil? Like putting it on green salads?
