Hi everyone!
OK, so I know you take fiber away from carb count, but what about "of which sugars"?? I am looking at buying macadamia nuts for snacking and am a bit alarmed, does this mean they contain sugar?? Nutritional Information Typical information per 100g Energy 3166 kJ Energy 767 kcals Protein 7.8g Carbohydrates 12.8g of which sugars 4.1g Fat 76.1g of which saturates 11.9g Fibre 8.0g Sodium 0.27g Help!!
