How to get wheight gain and bloating loss?!?!

Hello,
I have a few questions and maybe someone will be able to help me.
First, of all I am a skinny guy and I would like to find out if is there a way of weight gain but in a healthy way.
Second, often after trainings (like for 2-3 hours a training) I feel great stomach discomfort and bloating. What can I do to get rid of that? Usually I eat like 2-3 hours before trainings but I don't drink a lot of water. I drink just when I am thirsty.
Is it possible that my weight problem is caused by the fact that I don't drink enough?

You can start a weight lifting workout, eat protein (milk, fish, nuts) to gain muscle mass and eat healthy fats with omega 3 (tuna, salmon, walnut) and good carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables and whole grains).

Have you been exercising long? Because if you just started exercising, your body could still adjusting from the stress causing your muscles inflame. That might explain the bloating. To help relieve it, be sure to drink water before and after workout, eat protein after workout to help muscle repairs and take a warm shower after workout. Hope that helps.

You can eat more carbs to add extra weight but do not eat much of it because you might too fat. Also drinking lots of water can cleanse your body and keeps you from having a bloated feeling. So do not forget to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day.

Since you want to gain weight, you need to increase your calorie intake and eat larger portions during meals. You can also have at least 2 healthy snacks a day and take multivitamins. The stomach discomfort might be because you eat before your training. I suggest you eat light snacks before training and eat your meal after.
