It is really hard once you've become overweight to actually pick yourself up and do anything. I would diet, lose a few pounds, feel good and then boom something would happen and I'd be back at square one.
Not until about a month ago did I actually have the stamina to consistently do something for myself. A friend called and said she had lost one inch in one arm and 3/4 inch in another. I immediately jumped. She said that she was having the craziest fun of her life with ItWorks body products. And, guess what...you hardly have to do anything. To make a long story short, I got involved and have never felt or looked better in my entire life and within a month have dropped a size!!! And, the results were so fast that it keeps you going everyday, unlike the one pound a week. Anyway, to make a long story short, I started with the body wraps from the company and am now into the greens, fat burners, etc. And, honest to God, they work like nothing you've ever seen. I recommend this to everyone and cannot even go places anymore that I see an overweight person and don't want to jump up and say "you've got to try this". You can stop by my profile and get the link....the product is unbelievable. If you sign up for a distributor it is much cheaper in the long run because you get such a discount on the products. ($199 for a distributor but 1/2 off on all the products and you just need to spend $80 a month, a small price to pay for our sanity) Whatever you do, order the body wraps and your self esteam will build like you cannot believe! |

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. testimonials from real body wrap users are very much appreciated because it helps us decide wether we want to try it too or not. Body wrap will really aid in losing some weight but we must not depend on it too much. We should still live a healthy lifestyle, eat right, and exercise to achieve a healthy and fit body

I've tried all sorts of dieting regimen in the past but exercise is the best. Dieting and exercise should go hand in hand because one will not work without the other. It takes a lot of commitment on your part. It takes a lot of hard work too because you have to commit to do it on a consistent and regular basis. It may seem like hard work in the beginning but it gets easier once your body has adopted to the routine.
