I was able to read some really good stuff on this article.

I would save your money and get a book from the library. Either Atkins or Ornish, most online stuff is a complete scam or just stuff you can search and find yourself online if you look hard enough.

There are many people in the world those spend their whole life, in order to lose weight. Many of them for a surgical procedure, which proves not only expensive, but endanger their lives. But Acai berry is safe.

Keeping a healthy body is more than just exercising. It is giving your body the proper nutrients in order for the body to perform at it optimul levels. Working at night isn't going to affect you if you feed your body the proper foods and give it plenty of the right nutrients. Take a look at my site in the title
Hello to all

I would like to know, how do you maintain a healthy body if your work requires you to render service in the night shift? I hope you could reply back to me.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]

Best weight-loss program is a healthy diet and an entertaining sport http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/wink.png

But some weight-loss programs / products may help to lose weight faster, but you won't lose weight if you just take such a weight-loss product. You will have to do move your body etc. Go walk / bike / Run / play soccer whatever interests you.

Thanks so much for your wonderful tips.. I really appreciate this.

Britfunclubs 05-31-2009 10:37 PM

Raj_Copi_Jin 05-31-2009 10:46 PM

Is the best!

I have read some bad side effects of acai berry. I suggest you eat right and choose a healthier alternative of the food that you are used to eating. Having enough rest, exercising, and drinking lots of water will help you start. The effects maybe longer for you to notice but it is all worth it. You will better appreciate your hard work if you do it the natural way http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/biggrin.png

Exercising is a lifestyle for many people who care about their health and want to be fit. Some people love working out and being active all the time, others make the sacrifice to do so but what counts at the end is that they are all taking care of their organism and that is simply all that matters. Many of these people wonder whether if it is good to combine the strength workout with the Cardio one since they either alternate them or do them the same day. The question here would be: Is it better to mix both exercises or to take specific days for each other?

The answer is pretty easy I think. For example, you go and play basketball with your friends and just after it you go to your football practice. Will you play football with the same energy you had when you where playing basketball? Answer is no. Same happens with weight lifting and cardio exercises; you will have less energy on the second one and will lose important exercise. I would definitely say that it is better to alternate workouts and fully concentrate on each of them than to do one the right way and not the other; if you know what I mean; however it is not wrong to complete your strength workout and do some cardio after it just to burn a few more calories.

It is important to know how to exercise in a proportional way so that you look good and fit, if you are working out in a gym ask a trainer to teach you how to use each of the gym machines and get some recommendations, after all they are the experts.

You are correct. I couldn't agree with you more on that statement Aaronmac. Actually some people are discouraged to exercise because it is very strenuous but I should say that finding your personal form of exercise will help you stay fit. For others they join sports like basketball, swimming, and tennis. Some also choose to dance their pounds away http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/smile.png. Finding your own loved form of exercise will make you engage to it more often because you enjoy doing it. Aerobics is also nice, as well as belly dancing, and taebo. Enrolling in martial arts is also enjoyable and will keep you just as fit as going to the gym http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/biggrin.png

I haven't really tried any diet program yet. I control what I eat and I make sure that I take in healthy foods instead of junk foods that does not help me a lot but only makes me gain more weight. But I have heard a lot of good things about jetzzz. How long have you been in the program. Can you tell me more about their service people?

KimLinbert 07-01-2010 11:50 AM

Yeah I want to know how much weight you lost since you started with jetzzz. I know many of us here are interested too http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/biggrin.png. Is your diet more on carbo, protein, fiber, or low cal?
