What excercises should be done at the gym to loose weight - How much...
...cardio is too much? I am doing about 45mins of cardio - Ellipical and arc trainer and treadmill rotate between all three, then i do floor work sit ups stretching push ups and horse plank stretch.
then some weights My waist has stayed the same for 9weeks and i just seem to have platued with my weight loss. I have lost 20kgs but my goal is another 15kgs. i have joined a gym and i go 7days a week but getting flustered i haven't lost anymore Can anybody please help |
you need to constantly change your routine so your body doesnt get used it and rest at least 1 day per week

Just like lucy says, you need to make sure you keep changing your ruitine at the gym because your body starts to get used to it and finds it easy, you need to set a challenge for your body
