What are easy excercises to tighten thighs and butt?
 
I don't have any special equipment to use. I really would like to tighten my thighs with out cramping my muscles. If anyone knows any good excercises let me know, thanks.

The hips, butt, and thighs trio are my next target for toning. When I do squats, I can feel the muscles working and I can feel the burn. I heard that lunges are also good. What are the differences between the two when it comes to benefits and what specific muscles they are working in the trio area. Thanks!

squats work excellent, also climbing stairs is the best exercise for leg thigh and buttoch muscles. good luck =)
remember to stretch

Doing squats is the best option to help tone your thighs, use the stairs at home, try running up them and walk back down for 20 times a day.. you don't need to go out and buy your equipment, its all at home http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/wink.png
