Default What strength and muscle excercises can I do for my broken right foot, weak...
...legs and butt? I broke the weight baring bone in my RT foot, so putting weight on that foot is NOT an option till the doctor says so. I've lost 25 pounds and lost LOTS of muscle mass in my RT thigh,RT calf, and my RT butt cheek. I'm really embarrassed because my RT leg & thigh look very skinny comparred to the other leg and my RT butt cheek looks a bit larger,less firm, and flatter than the other.
I need excercises that will help speed up the muscle building to match the other leg and butt.
Naturally, Im fit, curvy mixed latin figure, with a round butt and hips... now I dont mind my shape "shrinking" SOME...but I WANT to keep my figure, round butt, and hips.
So fat burning is not typically what I want right now since I did lose 25 pounds, i'm already fit, and prior, was active at the gym dancing alot
Let me add that this foot was broken in a near fatal car accident, where I also had my lacerated liver and spleen worked on, so my abs are also pretty weak and out of shape.
Any help will be nice!

i would reccomend recovering, before you try doing any strenuous excercises. muscles can come back but you cant get your health back. how long before a full recovery?
